Your Team.

We have 5 cross-functional teams that work seamlessly to ensure you have a smooth implementation and a well-run ongoing program.

Account Team

Your account team is your number one, primary contact that oversees all implementation and ongoing service of your program. This will be led by your HALO Account Executive.

Tech Team

Your organization will have a dedicated Technology Project Manager (TPM) to manage the building of the website and ensure we are constantly innovating throughout the life of the store.

Merchandise Team

Your organization will have a dedicated merchandising team whose focus is providing the entire merchandise mix, providing samples for approval and ensuring all merchandise is in our warehouse ready to go at launch. This team will also manage new product launch each quarter.

Creative Team

Your organization will have a dedicated Art Director and Designer that will immerse themselves into your brand, work directly with merchandising on product selection and decoration as well as the Tech Team to design the website. These are your brand experts.

5.

Marketing Team

Your organization will have a dedicated Marketing Coordinator that helps create the year-long marketing calendar that aligns with the events, marketing plan and/or seasonal themes throughout the year. This team works closely with merchandise and creative.

Customer Service.

Our customer service teams work in a pod structure of 5-7 individuals with the ability to scale with the needs of our customers. Online store are assigned to a pod where all members are trained to be subject matter experts on that store and understand the audience and products offered. To provide fast and efficient issue resolution, we empower our staff to use their judgement, make the majority of day-to-day decisions, and take ownership of those decisions. If an escalation is needed, we have a detailed escalation tree.
