A quick guide to getting the best results:
- Feel free to view the creative brief as you follow along.
- View us as your personal strategists, problem solvers and teammates.
- Many questions do not apply to less complex projects. It’s okay to leave those blank and move on.
- Please research on the client as much as you can - Social media, 10K report, website(s), selling materials, community service and more. We need to understand the vision, values, culture, sales pitch - as much as you can bring us!
- In general, we are looking for you to tell us what you want to communicate. Our job is to show you HOW.
- When in doubt - ask us! We are here to help.

Timing:
Timing can make or break a project. The more you work with us the more you’ll learn how long projects take.
The key here is being as specific as you can. Also a quick conversation with our Operations Manager about our capacity and timing is key.
Consider:
- Start date vs. how long
- It's important to note that many times we are booked with projects and may not be able to start for a few days. So even though its a 4 hour project, we may not be able to work on it until 2-3 days.
